Yes, your EVN watch is covered for 2 years from the date of purchase against defects. Batteries, normal wear, and tear, water damage, or excessive damage are not covered.

As one of the leading watchmakers in the world states, “No watch is truly waterproof” With that being said we suggest that you do not swim or shower with your watch. Brief contact with your EVN watch and water will not ruin your watch, but prolonged exposure to water will cause damage that is not covered by our warranty. Also with the exception of styles with leather bands (We do not advise contact with water if your model has leather bands as this will ruin the integrity of the leather.)

Japanese movement is now one of the highest quality standards in watchmaking for keeping accurate time. Our Japanese movement is based on the Seiko movement design to keep our timepieces moving accurately.

Battery replacement can be found at most electronics stores, as well as watch repair shops. Your local watch store or watch repair shop will be able to assist with the battery replacement, normally for a small fee. We recommend that you take your watch to a watch repair store to complete the battery replacement when needed.

Yes, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return the undamaged watch in its original packaging. A return shipping fee of $5.95 will apply. To initiate your return, please contact orders@evnla.com and provide your order number. Your order number is required to process your return, and we will send you a return receipt to complete the process.
